Hi. This will be our first Virgin voyage. We are interested in a Mega Rock Star Suite. It says that the Thermal Suite is included for Mega Rock Star Suites. Can we use it anytime of the day? Do we have to make reservations to go there? Is there a time limit for how long we can stay at the Thermal Suite for Mega Rock Star Cabins? Thanks for any help.

Thanks everyone. We didn’t have a routine question. Our travel agent promised $1000.00 OBC. She now says the agency will purchase OBC for us right before the cruise but they won’t show up on our Viking account until we are onboard and 2 to 3 days into the cruise. I am trying to get a definite answer from Viking that the OBC’s will show up on our account once we are at sea. I am a little nervous about their practice. We never used this agency before.

We would like to take a catamaran cruise either in Bora Bora or Moorea. We are not sure which island to do it from. Is one prettier than the other from the water? It would be using the same catamaran company, we just have to choose which place to do it from. Would appreciate people's opinions. Thanks.
