Hi.  This will be our first Virgin voyage.  We are interested in a Mega Rock Star Suite.  It says that the Thermal Suite is included for Mega Rock Star Suites.  Can we use it anytime of the day?  Do we have to make reservations to go there?  Is there a time limit for how long we can stay at the Thermal Suite for Mega Rock Star Cabins?

Thanks Peregrina651.  I am on a mission to pack less and also I will bring packing cubes to store things.  Good idea about the coffee machine.  We both don't drink coffee do no need for that to take up a shelf.

I did write down her name and have the invoice that shows the $1000.00. Also, have copies of all correspondence.   Thanks FetaCheese.  I never heard of an agency doing OBC's like this before.

Thanks everyone. We didn’t have a routine question. Our travel agent promised $1000.00 OBC. She now says the agency will purchase OBC for us right before the cruise but they won’t show up on our Viking  account until we are onboard and 2 to 3 days into the cruise. I am trying to get a definite answer from Viking  that the OBC’s will show up on our account once we are at sea. I am a little nervous about their practice. We never used this agency before.

We would like to take a catamaran cruise either in Bora Bora or Moorea.  We are not sure which island to do it from.  Is one prettier than the other from the water? It would be using the same catamaran company, we just have to choose which place to do it from.   Would appreciate people's opinions.

Thank you. Glad you told me. Never sailed on a cruise line that had a system like this where you book shore excursions by how much your cabin costs. 

Can my husband be on one computer and I on another one and can we book 2 different shore excursions (in different ports) at the same time, using 2 different credit cards?

Thank you Tahitianbigkahun.  We are still in the planning process of picking out shore excursions.  Wanted to go with Bora Bora H2O but they don't work on Sunday.  Now I have to start researching again.
