We are on the Luminosa ( Transpacific from Brisbane) and will visit Ketchican in about 3 days. However, according to Ms. Emily Camp ( the naturalist/ lecturer on Luminosa), we will dock at the pier not too far from town and it is walkable to town. If you cruise with Luminosa this coming summer, you will see Emily onboard with a lot of informations about Alaska. She is an expert on marine biology and specialized in Alaska. We enjoyed her lecture on sea days and learned a lot too.
