Can anyone who's done the Move Up offer before tell me if there's any way you can find out what cabin you will get ? Im getting a good offer to move up but am anxious I get obstructed balcony or one thats noisy!

I live in scotland and I've just received a Move Up offer and I booked in the UK . Maybe you have to be in captains club?

How can you access the ships cabin bookings to see availability?

Thanks Scidee ,the pop up sale was just what you described ,the sale of items in the corridor outside the stores onboard but a few years ago I recall there were some items also for sale from that days port visit . Thanks ,nice to know I can still get Clinique products onboard .

Has any recent passengers on Silhouette noticed if they still have pop up sales after leaving the port selling local goods and trinkets? Also,if they still stock Clinique products in the perfume boutique ? Thanks in advance

Has anyone noticed if there were hairdryers in the ladies spa area changing room on Beyond , did I totally miss them? I was on Beyond at the steam room area etc and after showering and dressing found there were no hairdryers and so then had to walk through the ship with wet hair. This seemed weird that they wouldn't fit hairdryers to complete your spa experience ,shocking really! I really dont think they fitted any, maybe on other Edge class ships ?

I didn't know you could read the MDR menu before sailing ! How do I locate the menu for Solstice ship?

By confronted us I mean the Blu manager came specifically to another restaurant and up to our table in the middle of our dinner to find out why we didn't like his restaurant . This was embarrassing and ruined a perfect evening and as I said we never went back to Blu as a result. This could have been handled differently as the initial comment which was a casual and informal chat to another member of staff was not malicious or a formal complaint in any way .

We have sailed Aqua class a number of times and most recently on Beyond . Our latest experience on Beyond in the Blu Restaurant did not go down well. The dining room design and location looks like its been an after thought ,seems smaller and more cramped, the staff weren't too happy and there seemed a bit of an atmosphere in there, the curtains were always closed and it seemed quite dull(previous ships Blu Restaurants had nice bright windows with views) and the menu doesn't seem to have changed very much over 10 years Ive been sailing on Celebrity in this venue . We did casually mention to one of the staff in one of the other restaurants on Beyond our disappointment at the experience in Blu and the Maitre de came looking for us one night in another restaurant and confronted us in front of all the other guests . I understand he is trying to get some feed back but I didn't think this was the best way of doing this ,I never went back to Blu after that .

Can I ask would you say cabins are better on Celebrity Eclipse or Koningsdam?

Has anyone been on any of the excursions through Celebrity on the Fjord cruises? In particular ,Olden,Bergen,Alesund and Stavanger ? Im booked to go on Silhouette 24 June and it looks like there isn't many trips left to go on and they seem to have booked up very quickly or there just aren't many places available to begin with . I believe the cable car at Loen can be accessed by a private tour from the port and the funicular at Bergen . Has anyone been on these trips or can comment on any of the excursions to the places Im going . Hopefully there might be some private coaches at the harbour .

Can I just ask if you can still access the front of the ship for sunbeds since the renovations programme on Silhouette ?. Was on Beyond last year and disappointed at not getting access to the front of the ship as its now only the retreat guests that can go there ,such a shame that they have taken away that area as its great to see what's ahead !

Is there likely to be any pickle ball activity on Silhouette in June?

I have just been reading on the Celebrity online informations what services etc we can expect to get in this class and have seen there is a charge for the mini fridges ! Is this correct and how much extra ? Also seems there is a lunch on embarkation, where do they have this ? I would've expected a mini fridge to be a given on a cruise marketed as luxury!
