A big thanks to OliverTheCat for this wonderful and useful review.
Both DW and myself are ovo-lacto vegetarians, and are happy to have a preview of what's available on RCI (hopefully it will be available as well on our upcoming Allure cruise).
I agree! Enough people asked them to put turkey burgers out at Windjammer...and they finally offer them as a regular item after all these years...maybe their is hope for the veggie burgers too in future!!Yes! Agree, agree, agree!
Let RCI hears our voices and provide veggie burgers out at Windjammer regularly!

Don't get Vodaphone...
It has had a bad rap over here for the last few years.. ... ...
Try and get Optus (much better but still some issues particularly in the countryside) or Telstra.
Thank you, 6andy6.
You know better, so I will follow your advise. This is what I'm looking for, a real experience from a user.
Now we need to wait advise from or friends in New Zealand...

Thank you everyone!
I hope to buy Vodavone prepaid for Sydney and Melbourne. Will it be available near OPT?
For NZ, yes, Telecom prepaid seems to be a good choice. Hope we can buy it in Dunedin or Port Chalmers, our first port stop.
Please advise if anyone has any experience in buying these SIM cards. Thank you.

G'day and Kia ora!
Can we buy Australian SIMcard? Does it has an internet package for one or two weeks?
Same question for New Zealand.
Would appreciate any info re how to buy and how much is the cost. I'll need those for my Solstice cruise next March. Thank you.
Meantime, may I wish everybody in this forum a Merry Christmas, and hope that all of you will have many happy cruises in the years to come.

Worse thing about cruising is paying a lot of money to go on a cruise and then spending the time onboard complaining about every little thing instead of enjoying the cruise. Wait.... ...!
The worst is despite all that, even before the cruise ended, AGAIN booking another cruise!
:D;):p:D:rolleyes:

Never book another cruise while on board no matter how tempting the offer is. This will limit your cruising experience.
Try different cruise lines.
Yes, sir!

It is very welcoming to know that more and more option for vegetarians (and vegan) cruises. HAL is a good option for Europe.
Both DW and myself are vegetarians, and we are happy with the choices offered by Crystal.

Wonderful!
I'm glad I asked to the right people, you are all so helpful.
Again, thanks to all. And Terry, your pictures make me dream I'm on Solstice already :)

Dear mates,
We are booked for Solstice sailing Sydney to Auckland. Our cabin is Oceanview category 7, and of course we do not have the luxury of a veranda.
One of the highlight is cruising through the panoramic Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Dusky Sound. Where will be the best position for us to take in the view?
We are seeking advice from you Solstice experts. Please ...

Hello cruisetrail,
Thank you for your big effort. Your photos are very detailed.
Just curious about cabin 7147. What's your opinion about the particular cabin?
Thank you for answering my question.
