    I guess it is because it was booked through the states and I live in Canada....very strange indeed!

    Hi there, Not if you want a refund! Our MSC cruise was cancelled in 2020 and I had a heck of a time getting my money refunded. I had to file a dispute. It is much easier to book directly with MSC.
