Taxi is the least expensive in San Juan from the airport.

You also have to worry about the fog in Galveston.

This is a very good thread. From the first step on the gangway to board the ship I am giddy with excitement. Love the ding of my sea pass card. My first of many Miami Vices. I could go on and on. Too many things we love about cruising.

Not soon enough. Sadly we do not have anything booked at this time. On a brighter note though, we are expecting our 3rd Grand baby in July!!!! We were lucky and did 2 cruises in 2014 though.

Does Johnny Rockets do the free breakfast on Adventure?

Last time we were on board they did not offer the free breakfast.

We did a Trans-Atlantic on Liberty this past October with our DS and DIL along with our then 14 month Grandson. We had interior connecting cabins and the ship provided a Pak N Play. It worked wonderfully for us it gave our GS more room to play in.

You have answered your own question. The beach. You are in San Juan. Take advantage of the warm Caribbean water for the kids to play in. I am sooooooooo jealous. We love San Juan. Have a great time and enjoy yourselves.

We enjoy the possibility of doing everything or nothing. Just what our heart desires. You are on vacation on board your favorite ship at this very moment. What else do you need. LOL. Sit back and relax.

I would recommend Embassy Suites Isla Verde. Good location, close to airport and 2 blocks from the beach, easy walking distance and also has quite a few restaurants close and other resorts with quality restaurants in them.

They have added that since Nov. 8. We were on her TA from Barcelona back to FLL this year. She didn't have it then.

Thank you for your info. We contacted Autos Vilar and we confirmed transportation with them this week.

Just not sure why you always remove them if you intend to pay them anyway? We have always received excellent service but if we did not, I believe that there are better ways to deal with such a problem and auto-tips, or pre-paying tips, simply removes one more issue to deal with at the end of our cruise. Most often we end up giving our wait staff and room steward an additional gratuity but not having to scramble to obtain the appropriate denominations of cash for the tips is extremely convenient.

Not sure why it bothers you as to what we do.

As said above. Southern on Adventure out of San Juan. You start your Vacation in the Caribbean and you end it in the Caribbean. Now how great is that!!!

We always remove them and haven't had any issues or lack of service.We pay tips at the end of the cruise.

What is the best way from BCN to Calle Boters13 and from there to the pier? Also do they require an infant carseat on taxi's and shuttles?

Our 14 month is traveling with us to Barcelona for the TA back to FLL in October. This is a different question, but does anyone know how much diapers cost in Barcelona? If we don't have to pack diapers for 16 days, that would be wonderful. Thanks for any help on this.

We were on Navigator this past March and DW was able to get a Mojito at Boleros with the Diamond voucher. Got them every night.

A TA is on our bucket list, Especially on a ship like liberty. I hope you will tell us how it went.

I certainly will. We sailed Adventure in May of 2011 from San Juan to Malaga Spain and had possibly the best cruise. Our first TA. Gotta love those sea days.
