  1. Was offered an upgrade from midship cove balcony deck 2  to deck 9 midship balcony for $96.00. We have done coves for the last few cruises and love it. Think we may move up up just to try it.

When someone posted about the $3.00 charge for popcorn at the Dive In Movies, @BlerkOne posted that popcorn was only $2.50 at the IMAX when they were on Horizon in July?

Also on the Vista this past week there was no popcorn for the dive in movies.

I cruised last week and unaware of any early and late line. Two lines. One was already wound around out to the street. I asked if our boarding area or anything made a difference and was told nope. Not until you get upstairs and then they call by hc, then A01, A02 ...

Not a thing mentioned about early and late and I was in the 2nd mass pushing, not even lined up, just a mass waiting until they started our area after they finished first area.

They do call boarding in order upstairs.

I completely agree with firefly333. We boarded last Saturday and saw 2 lines. No difference. People with late boarding times where in line. They do call boarding numbers when they are ready to board and looked at boarding passes before you could get through.

i was asking about the quest one, i thought that's me comment i quoted on sorry 😃 but they close at 4 pm.  her flight doesn't land until 4:13, if they aren't delayed.  so it would be pointless to try calling or walk-in.  I feel like i'm running in circles trying to find something for her

The quest here in Oklahoma will do a test as late at 5:45 pm.  Cvs and Walgreens did much earlier but stop earlier.

oh i thought you said quest.  cvs is quick.  My son and I had ours done this morning (9 am), got a call with results by the time we got to work (10:15).  I'm looking for testing for my daughter who is flying in from Washington.  No where near her do they do rapid, everything is pcr and they all said they are behind so don't expect results within less than 3 days.  Her last option was at the naval base but they too only do pcr which may take as long as 48 hrs

I got quest and my daughter got cvs.

I didn't get a cancelation email from CVS for my rapid tomorrow, so let's hope they don't cancel it on me on-site, because if so there'll be some choice words for their management. I have backups just in case, but I'd prefer not to be driving around town in 105+ heat getting the test done.

Please let me know how that goes. I am concerned about them canceling last minute.

When making your appointment, where ever you are making them are you telling them why you are getting the rest?   Most, if not all of the sites I have looked at for scheduling, you have to answer the “questions” to see if testing is warranted.

I answered yes to the first two questions and no to the rest of them.

We have 2 PCR tests scheduled this Tuesday (one from CVS, one from Curative) plus a Rapid Molecular test from Walgreens.  Hoping for results by Thursday morning from one of them.  😄  I verified with Carnival that any of those would be accepted.

Pleas keep us updated on your testing.

  9. I would love to hear about your experience with result turn around time or cancellation issues with CVS, Walgreens or Quest. Now that I have to have testing done 2 days before cruise I am just curious about the result time line or cancellations happening to anyone. I would rather not go with the home testing if possible.
