Since you need to pay immediately in order to confirm your reservation, how would you do this, since the order form is for the persons account using either OBC or a credit card making the reservation. So the answer would be no.

But just remember, this law (PVSA) only applies to foreign flagged vessels, not US flagged vessels.

Well, Princess web site shows OV cabins, so perhaps the ship will have them.

There is a reason. One is to prevent people to not cheat the system. Like the alcoholic beverage package, changed from all you can drink to 15 drinks. Too many people shared it so it went away.

And you can find all the information on Princess web site by looking at the ships deck plans.

I probably will not buy a watch on a cruise. I would not want to offend my current watch.

They adjust prices based on cabin availability. If there is increased bookings on specific sailings, prices go up. If there is decreased demand, prices go down. Just like airlines.

Then its a mistake when I use OBC for casino play or the daily gratuity charge. Do you not cruise? If you do you will see what OBC is used for .
