From Australia gratuities are included in ticket price . If the staff go beyond in their service included gratuities should be enough but they will be so grateful  to receive anything .

Carnival Lomanosa is on its last sea day of her 31 night Brisbane to Seattle via Japan Trans Pacific .We just passed another ship heading north easy guess a  Royal Caribbean , well can't be Radiance ... out of order , No North Star up on a beautiful sunny day ...Quantum 😀.

In a day and age where internet is free absolutely everywhere you go, RCCL should be able to provide it for free but if they really want to make some money, just charge a max of $5-10 a day. 

The onboard price when I was on last week was 29.99 a day. 

 

It was actually pretty funny at one point. I went to the childrens make a wish auction on day 4 out of 7 I believe. The cruise director put up for auction internet for the rest of the week valued at $150. People literally laughed at him, and they got no bids. Someone called out that they would give him $50 for it, and the cruise director literally got half upset about it. 

Well it's not free , on land it is via optical fibre , mobile cell service etc at sea it has to come via satellite which is much more costly and add free. Just saying .

The "key" for your front door is worth remembering were you put it , forget the other "Key"

I don't know about Spectrum but both Quantum and Ovation came to do Australian itinerary and the staff all spoke English very well . On European sailing English was first announced then Spanish , Italian.

Last booking date is 3/31/25 for a same-day booking and embarkation (once upon a time you could do that... not sure with all of the new security stuff)

When I submit my details I get a please call . Other people sent the prime list of excluded cruises and it states no icon sailings at all 🤷‍♂️

The weather men should be giving out lottery numbers , there is a chance you might win because they always say there's is a chance of rain and get it wrong more than right . Best bet is have a look out side the window and make up your own mind . As for cruising , fly first cruise home .🙂

I called the UK equivalent number and the representative was very helpful. The booking was made under the local (UK) T&Cs and pricing - so pounds rather than US dollars for me. This may or may not be advantageous but for me it meant no port fees and taxes. I believe Australia has the gratuities included in the cruise price so I don't know if you will be given an option to pay them upfront (as I was), will be required to pay them or as they are part of the cruise fare it will be covered by the 'free' offer. If you are interested in an upgrade just ask and they will give you the price which will be the difference between the casino cost of an interior cabin and that of the upgraded cabin category. You can try doing a mock booking to get a rough idea. Some sailings you can upgrade for very little or no extra cost.

So I have to ring up club royal and book say 7 night carribean Inside and ask for price of balcony up grade , before 31March 2025 for Prime offer . Bot need to sail by when ?  Suppose best to book straight away or do offers change ?

They could swap card for each order or could do paper docket due to number of terminals available in relation  to drinks to be served in MDR . I suggest pre order night before 

 Ie ,sparkling water and first wine . Extremely unlikely you will get 4 or five orders in a dinner sitting , they have alot of tables to cover . Speak to waiter as Drink package is one drink at a time with a time out between drinks .

The ships manifest is what is hand to New Caledonia authority . Your name will be on that . Your ship ticket will have the time of arrival and departure in New Caledonia Noumea.
