We were on Allure a few weeks ago, and the tracking of our D drinks was a mess. We used the Royal app to track them and found that on the first day we were double “charged” for our drink in the D lounge, and at one of the bars they had both “charged” a D coupon AND $18 for the simple drink I ordered. The whole cruise, I was only presented with 3 paper receipts to sign. I asked why, and staff to.d me that they were too busy to print them out for free drinks. After that, we stayed out of the D lounge…
