Looking for reviews of the “toilet” in a balcony room. We are considering a 17 Hawaii cruise and looking at the pictures the toilet looks at an angle which would make it tricky to use for longer leg people. Looks like you would hit the glass door. Is this correct or just not a great picture on CC. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I know there is a parking lot at Canada Place terminal which offers parking for cruises, has anyone used it? If yes once parked how long a walk is it to the boarding area…I use a walker. Wondering also if any handicapped spots. Thanks!

Hoping someone can answer these two questions for me. 1) Is there any deck for balcony cabins that does not have a overhang. We were on the Crown on Dolphin deck in October and no overhang so felt rather exposed. Want to avoid that this time. 2) Read some comments that boarding was a nightmare and they were told to go to one pier then everyone was bused to another, is this normal? I am handicapped and use a walker and that could be a problem for me. We had planned just a cab to the port. Thanks cruising friends!

We are heading out on our first Princess cruise next week and I booked two specialty dining nights. They charged my credit card $116 which is correct but what about the 18% gratuity, is that charged to the room once we have been? Thanks!

Where do you see this on the app? I have looked all over and we are Green Lane. We have priority boarding so I believe we can show anytime but want to see what they have.

Thanks for the detailed information, I can go short distances with my walker so if they get me to the gate I can manage then have a sit down. The terminals like airports are just too much.

First time going out of Vancouver, we will be arriving by Uber, is there a special place to be dropped off for wheelchair assistance? We have advised Princess and it’s on my paperwork. I will have my walker which my husband will push but I need a chair at the pier as it’s too much for me. Any tips appreciated!

Thanks everyone for your feedback, maybe I just don’t understand the Princess ways yet. I did book directly with Princess for the Plus package, drinks tips, wifi. I will let it go then and move onto what to pack stress…lol! Cheers!

Hi, Hair Services I wanted to purchase a few shampoo/blow dry/style services and using their menu there is a price for long hair and one for short hair, I have hair that just touches my shoulders, anyone know which to use? Plus for example the long is $44 and there is also an option for a bundle for 3 for $129 so you say a few bucks but after many calls to medallion apparently that is not for me to go three times which is how I read it but I have to bring two other people with me a the same time. Anyone book this before? Excursion The one we want is sold out, what are the odds they will put on another bus once on the ship? its to the Arizona Memorial so I imagine it will be popular. We prefer a ship sponsored tour. Thanks all !

Hi there, we have an upcoming cruise to Hawaii on the Crown next month and when we purchased our tickets we got the Princess Plus package at the same time. I received an email from Princess this week asking if I wanted to upgrade to Princess Plus for $50 day or Premier for $75 a day, this is about half of what we paid for it. I called today and after an hour on hold was told too bad nothing they can do. I asked if I could cancel the Plus and repurchase and she said no as I would have to cancel my entire cruise and since its sold out that would be a mistake, Anyone else have any luck getting any adjustments for this type of thing. This is our first Princess cruise so lesson learned never to buy at the start again. Thanks 🙃

A little confused but who isn’t with ArriveCan ! Leaving Vancouver for a 15 Princess to Hawaii, so we need to fill in prior even though not stopping at a CDN port? I assumed only on our return but reading above sounds like before. Do we do a second one for the return? Thanks!
