BABAZ

We boarded the Firenze on 5/26/24. No parking in the garage. It was full because they ran out of off site parking for Panorama and directed them to park at the terminal. We kept getting the run around. Nobody had any clue what to do. Tell us to go to one place only to be told no and go back. It was a total cluster that makes me question if we will continue to cruise out of there. They removed Miracle (2000 pax) replaced it with Firenze (4300 pax) and they thought this was a good idea?

If it is coming from Cabo, as others have said it will probably be late. Where is the ship arriving from the day before your sailing?

It was definitely a casino offer. The new offers came out last week. We have yet to pay for a cruise. Did 9 in the last two years and have 3 more booked. We only sail Carnival now. Platinum on NCL but we do not miss them one bit.

There is no one to blame here but themselves. They knew the risks, they rolled the dice, and they lost. Has nothing to do with NCL.

4th time on this ship in the last year and my spouse and I said this was the best one so far. The worst was 4th of July 2022. The crowd was horrible. A bunch of drunk idiots behaving badly.

I saw a bounceback offer outside the cabin next to us. You had a lot of points compared to what I saw on this cruise.
