So I have seen several references like the one above to upgrading (as opposed to Royal Up bidding for an upgrade). Yet I can't find any reference at all to available upgrades for our Nov. 12 cruise after signing in on the RC website and on the app. Is it still too early, or is there someplace else to look that I' need to know about? Similarly, I've seen references in comments to looking through room inventory to see exactly how many grand suites, junior suites, balconies, etc. are still available. Where/when is that information available? Thanks for any advice or pointers.
