Budget's $113 rate seems reasonable when compared to other options considering it's going to be moonlight. Any restaurant recommendations enroute the evening before the cruise?

We're in L107 on the Regal soon and we're planning on having room service on the balcony for the evening sailaways.

How does this service work with going through customs? Can we put some items that we've held out of our luggage for disembarkation morning back into our luggage before flying?

We're disembarking from the Emerald Princess, Sept. 9, 2018.
