We are going on this cruise next month,Celebrity calls this cruise Sawyer but I see nothing on any of the forums that says anything about the Sawyer Glacier. Where is it and why is it never mentioned?

You might want to check out other cruises, your South to North hits the same ports as round trip from Seattle hits and your air will be much less. We got flights from DTW to SEA for about $540.00 but you can do better with some stops. We sail the Caribbean quite often and had to double check excursion prices for Alaska.

I think there are 2 formal nights, did this cruise 2 years ago and don't remember what nights.

It's not the first or last so that should narrow it down, also you are docked in Bermuda 3 nights don't think it was those nights so there you are.

We don't attend these anymore, after many cruises it's all the same. Basically it's just to make you feel special and thank you for cruising with them.

Everytime I hear about nightime chocolates I have to remember a cruise about 15 years ago when a dear freind of ours spent the evening partying and have a few too many drinks came back to her cabin late and woke up in the morning with a big mess caused by a chocolate melted in her hair. There must be a larger story here,maybe she asked for the turn down chocolates to be stopped!

After reading many of the posts on Juneau we want to go to the Glacier and Falls but we cannot find a tour that will allow us enough time to hike to the falls. Most of the tours allow a tour through the city and then 45 minutes at the Glacier. I've tried to e-mail 2 of the tour operators to get more details but neither answered. I guess we could take the Blue Bus but not sure how that would work out. We wouldn't mind extra stops but diffently want to see the Falls. Anyone have any ideas?

We are doing the 8 hr. tour this August, they have a break for lunch and other built in stops for pics. You have a long time to plan so just keep tabs on these threads and I'm sure you'll do fine.

In all my years of cruising whenever I order more than one meal they always serve one at a time, they leave one on the waiters stand and bring the second after you finish the first. It might have to do with space on the table or keepng the second one warm under it's cover.

The Celebrity website should explain dress codes, it doesn't matter what ship or cruising area.

The attire you describe should work for the Buffet.

I think mine is a discount that we recieved off the cruise per person Maybe!!!

On mine I think it is the amount of a discount we each received off on the cruise, it is only a couple of hundred dollars. It would be nice if there was an explanation.

I got a good price for the Moore Hotel downtown for after our cruise. We plan on seeing the Market and waterfront and maybe the Needle if we have time,

I go to My Celebrity every once and while to check on things, I've noticed for the last month that very often there is a notice "this website is closed to allow for adjustments to your reservation, check back in twenty minutes". I go back and see no changes every time, This is not Celebrity's main website so I don't know if this is part of their ongoing problems.

What tour operator and how do we contact them? Sounds like a tour to do.

One process/set of documents has nothing to do with the other... And though some think otherwise, one does not have to complete the online check-in process [which is available up to four days prior to sail date; after that, all check-in procedures are done at the terminal] in order to receive e-docs and to order luggage tags...

Who gives me notification that my E-Docs are ready to print? My TA says it's the cruise line that will let me know. I got a final payment notice from my TA that states they will send me an email notice so I can print them. There seems to be some confusion, we've got 57 days to get them,and I don't want a problem to come up at the last minute. Some years ago I got my cruise doc's from RCCL on Tuesday for the following Saturday cruise.

We are taking a tour from Skagway into the Yukon and back. They say we will need our passports to re-enter the USA. Do I need to take our actual passports with us or can I just make a copy to take with us?
