Cruised Summit May 2013 and chose Select Dining and were very happy. Loved our waiter and assistant and table first night and requested them for duration of the cruise. Praised them first night and assumed them they would be taken care of and they bent over backwards for us every night. No problems getting drinks and service was great. Tipped them cash the last night and thoroughly enjoyed the MDR the nights we went. People love to be appreciated and respected and they will exceed your expectations. I've found that to be true in all walks of life.

Thanks so much for the alcohol list. Lots offered that I would drink. Does the classic drink package also include frozen alcoholic drinks and cosmopolitans? Also, is orange juice not included in the juices?

Well, it wasn't exactly free. We lost our original booking rate and had to go to the current rate. So it cost us an additional 398.00. That was for two alcoholic packages and a non alcoholic package for our 12 year old son. Was it smart to do or did I mess up?

Just took advantage of the 1-2-3 being offered and took the drink package. My husband does not drink but I was told that I had to buy the alcohol package for him as well in order for me to get it. Is that true? I saw somewhere just now that a couple was able to get the alcohol package for the husband and the non alcoholic package for the wife. Does anyone know if this can be done on Celebrity Summit?

Thanks for all the great info. We did remove voicemail from our phones(even if you don't answer you get charged), we turned our phones off roaming, and we have told him five texts per day and no Web at all. I need him to have his phone to text me if he is leaving teen club. He's a great kid and will not do anything if we tell him not to. Also, I was kidding about the withdrawal, he spends little time on the Web and tons of family time with us. Thanks again. Happy sailing..we leave tomorrow!

My 12 year old is afraid of withdrawal if he can't get wifI on our Summit cruise to Bermuda on his IPhone (lol). Are there any public areas where you can get free wifi?
