We ordered ours online from Optum. There is a link on Royal Caribbean's website. 

You would just make two purchases with your points.  They will request the booking number which will be tied to each cabin.

It should say on your booking. Two formal nights on 7 and 8 night cruises.

Yep, the day after Thanksgiving.  We love cruising over Thanksgiving.

We were on Odyssey last month and bought an 8 days couple pass for the thermal suite. For our cruise it was not available for purchase online. One of the first things we did after boarding the ship was go to the spa to buy the pass.

In the past we have been able to buy a package in advance in the cruise planner. I called and was told it wasn't available on the Odyssey and found that strange but haven't been on this class before.

I think the Los Angeles port is in San Pedro. We have stayed in San Pedro and Long Beach.
