I was in St. Thomas Feb. 15th. It was my 1st time there. I saw very little damage. I went to Magens Bay and on the way back the taxi driver through in an overlook over Magens Bay and an overlook over Charlotte Amalie. It cost $20 each way for my husband and I, and to get into Magens Bay $5 each plus tips for the taxi driver. To us it was worth it. St. Thomas is so beautiful. The taxis offer a 2 hr. tour for $25. If I make it back I might do that

There is only a few steps to get to the resturant. Most of the way is by elevator. The elevator gets shaky when it gets to the floor, so have her sit or hang onto something.

St. Thomas is beautiful! At least take a tour and see the sights. Look at the overlooks!

How mobile is your mother? Steps to Punta De Vista resturant.

Was in San -Juan last weekend. I use T Mobile and had no trouble talking to my daughter in the states

Stayed at Hotel Milano. About 2 or 3 blocks from San Cristabal fort. It's older hotel. The water wasn't fixed right, so sign by shower saying it works opposite. Hot is cold, cold is hot. The elevator is also weird. You have to wait for the door to close before picking floor or will get stuck according to sign. It makes a bad rattle when reaches the floor. Room was clean. No washcloths. When called front desk I couldn't get phone to work. The staff is friendly. They chained our luggage together and held it for us, so we could explore until our room was ready. No parking. Was there on a Sat. night. Some party close by that was loud until early AM. Cars would then drive by with their music blaring.

Old San Juan looked back to normal with it being all lit up. Interesting that some traffic lights still aren't working

There is not a lift. The driver helped some elderly people up the steep bus steps. Only 1 of the 2 trolleys are operating right now (Feb. 17, 2018)

DJLDRUMS I guess people should stay away from the "fart side" Very funny spelling mistake

This is what I'm going to try: I bought a luggage lock to lock the 2 zippers together on my backpack. I also bought a 5 ft. bike chain to chain the backpack to a picnic table or maybe a tree. I don't rent chairs, but you could chain it to the chair.

I don't drink lemonaide or tea, so there must have been something else. I know I wasn't drinking water and I didn't buy a drink package.

When I was on the Majesty they had a place to get juice all the time in the Windjammer. I assume all ships do.

Go through the pictures from last link. Some parts don't allow diapers. A very small area does.

Thanks everyone. I guess no news is good news.

Has anyone heard how the dry dock is going? I can't find any info. on Royal Caribbean's site.

That's from Charolete Amile. Do you know how much more for Crown Bay?
-
So my husband and I could get a 2 hr tour for $50, get dropped off at Magans Bay and take another taxi back for about $18?
-
How much do they charge?
-
What is the basic 2 hour tour?
-
Reno took a bus
-
Do the buses just go to set places? I'd like to go to Magen's Bay, but stop for a picture from on top looking down.

Please explain open air bus ride vs a taxi. Why does a bus charge for how many people? Where do you catch it?

I sail Feb. 12th. I didn't get an e-mail. I didn't pre-pay my gratuities because I was planning on using my onboard credit for that. I guess I'll have to pay the new rate even though I wasn't notified

In Coco Cay you are not inside. The glass bottom is in the middle of the boat with a railing with seating around it.
What is the size of the closet on the Adventure?

I thought the closets were big. Long bar with plenty of hangers and shelves
