Favorite artisan or local craft stores in Old San Juan?

To do a bit to help support the local economy post-hurricanes, we are planning on doing the majority of our holiday shopping at stops on our upcoming cruise. I'd prefer to purchase items made by local craftpersons if possible. Does anyone have favorite shops or markets in the Old San Juan area they can recommend? Many thanks.
