This was dinner menu in Restaurant 47 the first night we were on board D2 in May:- STARTER Roast Vegetable Quiche Grilled Asparagus with Spanish Ham + Tarragon Hollandaise Brioche and Herb Crusted Brie Wedges Cream of Mushroom Soup Vegetable Consomme Avocado, Pear and Orange Salad Caesar Salad MAIN COURSE Poached Fillet of Cod with Beurre Noisette Roast Iberico Pork Loin Grilled Ribeye of Angus Beef Provencal Aubergine and Courgette Parmigiana MAIN COURSE LIGHTER OPTIONS Grilled or Poached Market Fish of the Day Grilled Breast of Cornfed Chicken Roast Vegetable and Goats Cheese Torte Tatin DESSERTS Selection of Desserts and Cheeses I have photos for the Gallery 47 Italian menu (our favourite restaurant with two menus - A + B - that alternate) and Kora La specialist restaurant but am not clever enough to post these on here:* Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
