car rental drops Tampa

I am flying into Orlando and renting a car. Is there a place close to the Tampa Port to drop it off. I will also need one for the return trip. I am cruising on the Carnival Miracle. Are there free shuttles from any car rental places to the port?

Avis and Hertz have hotel locations close to the port - they will shuttle; Enterprise is also close (1-2 miles) and should shuttle you. If you get a better deal at the TPA airport a taxi to/from the port will be about $27 or you can Uber for under $20.

We've had very good luck with Avis at the Embassy Suites near the port.
