Private tours in Cuba?

Hi, this is the first time I have posted to this message board, so hopefully I am doing it right! My friend and I are traveling to Cuba on Royal Caribbean in March of 2019. We'll spend one full day in Cienfuegos (March 6) and 1-1/2 days in Havana (arriving 2 p.m. March 8 and leaving at 8 p.m. March 9). I'd like to book some private tours and want to know if anyone can recommend a tour company. Also, if another couple would be interested in sharing the cost of a private tour, that would be great. The place to find tour shares would be on the Roll Call for your particular sailing.

The Roll Calls are sorted by cruise line, the ship, then sail date.
