Unaccompanied minor Info?

We are goig on the FOS wth another couple in 20 days!!! WOO HOO, uh yeah :) anyway, the other couple has 2 children fom another marriage. I think I read somewhere that they have to have both biological parents Notarize a form?? Anyone know where I migh ind tat form for them???

Just have them write a note, saying that the non traveling parent gives permission for traveling and have it notarized. There are some standard forms out there but not needed.

When I took my 13-year-old granddaughter on a cruise in June, I looked up the policy and used the language in the policy to make sure I had everything covered. It included permission for her to accompany me and permission for me to seek medical attention for her if necessary. Nobody questioned us when checking in, in spite of different last names and addresses (Florida and Colorado). I am only 44 years older than she is, so perhaps they thought she was my daughter.
