Buffet on Fantasia

The MSC website says the buffet is open 22 hours per day. But I read the ship review on CruiseMates.com and it says there are specific hours for breakfast and lunch, and that it is closed for dinner. I could not find a date on the CruiseMates review, so it might be old. Can someone who has been on a recent cruise clarify this ? Thanks !

24h/24 coffee, tea, water, ice and creamers

06:00 - 10:30 Breakfast

10:30-12:00 Continental Breakfast

12:00 - 16:00 Buffet Lunch

12:00 - 24:00 Pizzeria

12:00 - 17:00 Takeaway / Hamburger Paradise

16:00 - 18:30 Fruits, Salad Bar

18:30 - 22:00 Dinner

Bit of a joke to be closed (for food) for 8 hours if they're advertising open 22 hours.

I should probably add that this was on a sea day on a repositioning cruise, so perhaps the hours were slightly different to usual? There used to be sandwiches after midnight, perhaps this has changed now the food in the Piazza and Sports Bar are now free

Thanks !! This isn't the 20 hours they have on their website ... but good enough for me!! I was just really concerned when some reviewer on another site said they were not open for dinner.

Fantasia is the name of the ship; I think the 'class' on the ship is called Fantastica.

Fantastica is the experience IE Cabin Grade. Fantasia is the class of the ship :)

Re the buffet hours there used to be sandwiches available after midnight, this might still be the case and perhaps they print something different in the daily programme for yacht club as it has it's own mini buffet? there did used to be stuff going on until 2am with 'make your own sandwich'
