Deck 12 Balcony Rooms - Liberty of the Seas

I am going to book a cruise on the Liberty of Seas. There are some balcony rooms available on deck 12. What is your opinion on them? Are the balconies very windy? How about the temperature on them? Do you feel a lot of movement being towards the front of the ship?

The cabins on deck 12 will be added this month during the refurbishment. I'm sure they will be great rooms and brand new! :D
