Does The Explorer have both internet speeds available?

I notice that Royal is offering my upcoming cruise a 20% discount for the VOOM internet. What about the slower speed? Is that not available on the Explorer, of just not available ahead of time? I don't need the fastest speed just to read email. Thanks

Available onboard, but but not pre-cruise. On board price is $13 per day for one device, so you may find pre-cruise Stream close in price.

You can purchase one day at a time for $20 per day. Onboard price is $13 per day if you purchase for the remainder of the cruise.

Thank you that was helpful, we are trying to figure it out for our next cruise. We are doing the pacific northwest and have an overnight in San Francisco, so we will have access to our normal data plans for a large amount of the cruise. Not sure its worth to buy the whole week.

Yes, you can purchase by the day.

Here is a 6 day pricing on the Harmony last month... (I did not look at pricing the first day, and it goes down each day). I did not get the one device price.
