Is Olympia accessible from any other port besides Katakolon?

Depends what you mean by accessible. Not from any of the "usual" ports in mainline cruises. Patras is almost 2 hours from Olympia. About the same for Kalamata.

Perhaps one of the small Greek or European cruise lines would have more options for the western Peloponnese...

Agree; I can't really think of another port that would be suitable for a visit to Olympia during a normal port visit.

If you were beginning or ending a cruise in Athens, you could plan to spend a few extra days and visit Olympia either by renting a car and doing it on your own or using a private taxi tour or bus tour.
