The Windstar roll calls are often pretty small. Only a small fraction of cruisers join roll calls for any line so with ship capacity of 148, 212 or 310 guests, small ship roll calls usually have a pretty small turn out. I think for our Star Legend trip last spring, there were about 6 on the roll call.

There are 2 Windstar cruises leaving from Colon on January 13. One on Wind Star and one on Star Breeze so if anyone starts a roll call for the Star Breeze one, you might see if someone on it wants to share a taxi.
