Kennedy space center excursion

Has anyone done this excursion recently through the ship? Specifically breakaway? Just wondering if they take you right in on the bus or if they drop you off at the gates. What time did they close? What time were you back on the ship?

Kennedy Space Center isn't too far from the port. You could take a cab and explore on your own. There is enough to see to keep you busy all day, if you wish.

The bus you get on from the port is the bus you do the driving portion of the tour with. With the excursion through the ship you have an extra hour past closing to explore the Kennedy facilities.
