Does the Allure still have the WOW phones available as a rental while on the ship to communicate with other members of your party?

Have not seen those for years.

According to the description linked to the latest update of the Royal App (version 1.10.2), guests on Allure will be able to use a guest-to-guest chat feature to communicate on the ship for free.

This is for the Apple version. I do not know if there is an Android version.
