Post cruise Princess transfer Quebec to Montreal

Has anyone taken the post cruise transfer excursion from Quebec City to Montreal with Princess? If so, what time were you dropped at Montreal International Airport? On the website it states for flights after 6pm, but how long prior to this were you dropped off? Ours would be an international flight so I want to ensure we are there in plenty of time. Additionally, what time did you leave Quebec City on disembarkation morning? TIA :).
