zonedouttonight Posted October 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2017 We are going on the Christmas Carnival Legend cruise from Sydney to the South Pacific with kids aged 3 and 6. My questions are: 1) what family Christmas activities are there? 2) what about for young kids? Do they have the chance to perform onstage with the Camp Carnival Kids? 3) I've heard there is an adults Christmas Choir to join too, is that right? 4) Is there a Santa on board? 5) what time do the themed deck parties commence? Can children attend? Thanks! :)
Lerin Posted October 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2017 I haven't been on that specific cruise, but a year ago we did a holiday cruise on another ship to Mexico. 1 &2. They did tons of stuff in the camp that was Christmas themed, including decorations, gifts and ornaments. The kids sang onstage at one of the evening shows wearing reindeer antlers and santa hats. 3. Not sure. They had a few adult parties and an ugly sweater contest. 4. Yes, Santa was there for a few events. One was in the main atrium where kids could get photos and they also had "snow" There was also a mailbox where kids could send letters. 5. Don't recall, they are most every night-9pm maybe?. Everyone is welcome. Be sure to pack Holiday wear for your kids for when they are onstage and meet Santa. If you are there over the actual holiday a lot of people bring stockings, tabletop trees and other décor for their cabins too. Have fun
