First Timers Questions

Couple of things as first timers.....

So we are trawling through the vast amount of excursions looking at booking some with P&O and some separately using TA and ViaTour, there are some where you are grouped up to keep costs down, what is the script for getting people together for this prior to departure. e.g. We are looking at Shashamene Water Taxi for St Lucia?

Also as we want to book the Limelight on a couple of nights, how do we ensure we don't clash with the 'formal' nights? (Formal for me will be 3 piece suit BTW)

I don''t know which ship you are on, but I would recommend Cosol Tours in St Lucia for a start. Great tours and far less money than P&O. Lots of folk on here would recommend them. http://cosol-tours.com/
