P&O Care Team Southampton

Unfortunately, like many other passengers, we had problems after disembarking Ventura last week.

I have to compliment the Pando care team at Southampton for the interest and help they offered in our predicament. We encountered by chance, a lovely lady from the Care Team at Southampton General Hospital and from then onwards the Team kept in contact.

Excellent and unexpected!!
