Request Pics/Comments on Oasis Suite Lounge/Coastal Kitchen

Will be onboard Oasis in May 2015 and interested in current observations on the new Oasis Suite Lounge and Coastal Kitchen. Early pictures from the yard period gave the impression of a very Spartan Lounge. Coastal Kitchen looked like an airport food lounge (simple, plain tables arranged in rows). The combined space did not have a very welcoming atmosphere (unlike the former Concierge Lounge). I know the view is spectacular! I am interested in comment/pictures of the space. Thanks in advance.

We did not take any pictures last week. You are right it is very spartan. There are a couple of purple couch's on the lounge side and the rest of it is very simplistic tables for four persons. The Coastal Kitchen side had the same tables. The chairs at the tables have long spindly legs, that combined with the thickness of the carpet, you are NOT able to pull a chair up to the table when you sit down. They told me that they have already had about thirty of the chair legs break, and supposedly they are going to chnage something.

The area is pretty spartan, however, the food at Coastal Kitchen was outstanding, the beef filet dish was better than Chop's. Service was excellent.

Coastal Kitchen is supposed to start serving breakfast and lucn (in addition to dinner) on Nov 22, 2014. We ate there three nights and enjoyed our meals every night. Be sure to try the dates stuffed with cheese and wrapped in ham (Serrano ham, IIRC)
