Boarding time for plebeian passengers. Koningsdam

What time (earliest), can we plan on arriving at the port for a non premium, or early boarding passenger. The H.A. Info line is inconsistent.

No matter what cabin category people are in, many arrive around 11 so that they can get a low number to get on the ship.

Boarding begins at 11:30 if there haven't been any problems.

I think I arrived around 10:30 (on 11/8) and the line was already quite long. Much more time spent in line waiting to check in than sitting and waiting for my number to be called (#5). Still, I was on board right around noon, I think. Of course, I meant to keep track of it all and simply forgot!
