MSC Melody

Hi everyone,

I would like to have a feedback regarding MSC Melody Ship. Can pleae anyone tell me how good is this ship in the following topics: service, food, Comfort, rooms, restaurant. Are all restaurants free? I am planning to take the cruise in June 2010 for 11 days Eastern Mediterranean which includes: Genoa, Sorrento, Greece, Egipt, Israel. I would like please have a feedback about this ship and ther route.

There have been many posts regarding the Melody. Just use the search option for "Melody" and you'll find a bunch. Suggest in particular Amomondo's various posts. Also, go to the CC cruise reviews for MSC and read the pros and cons of this fine old ship.

Regarding the itinerary, yours is one of the standard ones that have been commented on dozens and dozens of times. Check out the ports of call section under "boards" as well as the CC reviews for Eastern Med cruises. It's a good itinerary which you're sure to enjoy.
