Help-How do I get from Civitavecchia to Rome

Thanks to GreyKangarooo for the info on Rome! We are looking forward to meeting the folks from the "City of Lights" :)

I have looked at train schedules for transport to Rome from this port and find that it would cost about $60 (US) to take the train. Has anybody got a better idea (other than the ship tours, which I find are expensive)?
