RFD Question re: Rose Hall

Just looked up RFD excursions and came across two for Rose Hall:

Hilton Rose Hall- Jamaica- $117

Hilton Rose Hall- National Conference- $79

Under what's included, they both say this:

So, I guess my question is: Why is there almost a $40 difference?

Yes $117 for a few hours per person is a little steep...especially $74 for a 2 year old.

$117/person is the regular price. I'm not sure what the "National Conference" is. Some kind of group rate?
