Trying to go to Dr. Cave driver taking us to Tropical Beach

Should I worry? Is it an ok stop?

That's what I hate about Jamaica, you get taken for a ride.... literally... A few years ago I just told the driver I pre arranged that I wanted to ride out in the countryside and look around. I was taken from gift shop to gift shop to tons of fruit stands until me and the other couple got stern voices to take us back to the ship.
