doubleduty Posted October 3, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2017 We were given a free cruise on the Neiuw Amsterdam. It is an interior I cabin (5074 to be exact). We have always had verandahs or suites so this is a step down but not complaining about a 7 day free cruise. But, I am confused about the cabin category - it says it is a "large" interior but everyhting I have read on cruise crtitc says only the main deck interiors are large and that the other interiors are shoe box size. Can anyone tell me whether I am getting a larger cabin than the standard interior cabins?
Rare Essiesmom Posted October 3, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2017 (edited) The I cabins are a bit larger than the standard shoebox, but not as large as the J/K on Main. The I cabins on deck 8 are considered by some to be the largest, as large as Main deck, although since the arrangement is different it is hard to tell. EM This is 6075: And this is 8037. they look the same to me: Edited October 3, 2017 by Essiesmom
