Aft Facing Cabin Panama Canal Cruise

We had an aft facing balcony cabin on deck 8 on the Eurodam. We loved the cabin and the position and it came into its own during our Panama cruise as when we wanted a break from watching the transit from various locations, we were able to watch the ships following us. It provided some good photo opportunities too. As we were under the pool deck there was some noise from 6 ish most mornings when loungers were being put out but as we are early wakers it didn’t bother us. There was one morning when the deck was being polished from 5.15 but this wasn’t repeated thankfully as it was very noisy. Our balcony was shaded due to the overhang from the deck above but this was a bonus during the transit. There was very little breeze though so it was very stuffy. We found the balcony to be a good size and we weren’t overlooked due to the overhang. Hope you enjoy your cruise.
