Is the thalassotherapy pool on constellation open to everyone?

Thinking of booking a cruise in Jan 18 on the Constellation. Did a Baltic cruise on her about 7 years ago, and loved this pool.

Is it still open for everybody?

I believe that pool is in the solarium so it is adults only.
