personalized cruises. how do they work

hi everyone. we are australian regent and crystal cruisers but we are looking forward to our first silver seas cruse next February from Perth to singapore. in some of the documentation we have been sent, it appears you can book an anywhere to anywhere cruise with silver seas on a daily rate basis. is this true? has anyone done this? our travel agent does not seem to know about it. I don't belive they offer this feature anymore in the States, but they may in Australia. I have used the service and it worked beautifully. Sorry to see it no longer available.
