BTwurddle Posted March 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2018 We are sailing in a few weeks aboard Summit and although we have submitted the "special needs" form and noted it in our reservation, thus far we haven't received a response to an allergy we have a concern about. This has never been a problem with RCCL or any other operator we have cruised with but apparently, and in an opinion which is as neutral as possible, Celebrity does NOT offer the same caliber of land-based service as other lines. Does anyone have the email or a general email for the dining department? If not specifically for Summit, any other help may be a good "jumping-off" point. I would also advise you to meet with the maître d upon embarkation to make sure your needs will be addressed and that the correct follow through to you requests have been made. In addition you could call Captains Club as well, that telephone is 800-760-0654 or send an email as well to CelebrityOneTouch@celebrity.com. Good luck.
