Ruby/Smoking/Tradewinds Bar?

Outside smoking areas on the Ruby are the promenade deck (7) aft starboard side, deck 16 forward port side near the Tradewinds bar and deck 17 aft starboard side. So in answer to the OP, the answer is yes.

We were on the Ruby in August and again next month.
