Any one who was on the pacific sun on sept 17th during the bad storm

hi,

i was a first time cruiser on the pacific sun a week ago and we went through a really big wave where we tipped 45 degree angle and apparantly they started filling up the life boats with food. Is this true? All the glasses smashed in the bars. It was really scarey. If any one has anything to say please add info. Did u miss ur flight? we did luckily a p and o guy leant us his mobile cos we couldnt get a line out.

Would love to hear about you experience on the Sun. As per above we have another thread going where a number of us have shared our experience. Also my comments are included on the thread "Where is the Sky?".

We didn't miss our flights as we had deliberately booked a late flight with the intention of spending the day with my uncle in Sydney.
