Meant to add that you are indeed told that Butlers and Concierge are not included in the gratuities. It was in one of the leaflets delivered to the Stateroom.

Definitely talk to the concierge he is one of the best in the fleet! He will take care of you. Sorry you are experiencing this. I've had the best and favorite suite experience on the Jade.

I second this comment. Jade is our favorite ship, largely because of the way our concierge took care of us.
