Formal Nights Aboard Dream

We are doing a Thanksgiving sailing on the Dream. Does anyone know which nights will be "cruise elegant" dinners? I would presume that Thanksgiving itself will be one of them. I'm curious because we've booked the Steakhouse for Friday night, but I don't want to miss one of the American Feast dinners. (I can only imagine what my mother-in-law will have to say about the lack of table linens on the other nights!)

I think I'll have to call Carnival and perhaps move the Steakhouse reservation to either the first night (Sunday) or the last (Saturday). T, W, and Th are port days and I would hate to rush back from port, rush to get dressed, and rush to the Steakhouse.
